Step 1: Check your fitment
Confirm you have the F13 Coupe, 2011 to 2018, before ordering, this spoiler will not fit the convertible or 4 door models.
Step 2: Clean and prep the surface
Wash the boot lid thoroughly and dry it completely. Wipe with isopropyl alcohol to remove all wax, polish and road grime for the strongest possible bond.
Step 3: Mock the position with the supplied tape
Use the supplied 3M tape to hold the spoiler in place temporarily so you can check the line. Measure from the same reference points on both sides so it sits perfectly central.
Step 4: Dry fit before you commit
Step back and check the line from a few angles before going any further, this is the step that catches alignment issues before anything becomes permanent.
Step 5: Bond and secure
Remove the spoiler, apply a bead of strong automotive adhesive to the mounting points, then press it back into your marked position. Apply firm, even pressure along the full width and allow the adhesive to cure fully before driving at speed.
